1. Preliminary studies

Before undertaking the final siting and construction of a wave protection structure, it is necessary to have a thorough knowledge of the site's characteristics and local resources, so as to create a structure that is optimized according to the fundamental criteria of :

  • sustainability;

  • the effectiveness of wave protection ;

  • construction costs ;

  • maintenance costs.
