2. Traffic concepts

Accurate air traffic analysis is the mandatory preliminary step to designing a terminal. The previous section has clearly shown its influence on the building. It is therefore illusory to design a terminal without having clearly determined the objective, both quantitatively and qualitatively, through traffic forecast studies.
