3.1 Rational use of energy
It aims to optimize the use of energy through national and European programs bringing together all energy-saving actions relating to energy use, and the incentives to achieve them. These programs do not include the choice of energy sources such as renewable energies, but can include energy savings related to energy production (the stage of transformation and distribution of the energy source for use by the end customer).
