3. Easements

  • Engine dynos

    As a general rule, the engines to be tested on the test bench are stripped of a number of peripheral accessories, such as :

    • motor-fan unit and radiator ;

    • turbo air exchanger ;

    • FUEL TANK ;

    • drums ;

    • etc.

    As a result, these power supply or cooling functions need to be ensured by devices specific to the test bench.

    The easements necessary for the proper reproduction of operating conditions are :

    • The cooling and temperature regulation loops of the engine cooling circuit and the engine oil circuit (with possible reheating or thermal shock reproduction constraints...
