1.1 Different modules
The Bilan Carbone ® method takes the form of calculation spreadsheets grouped into three modules:
the "company" module for any activity producing goods or services, whether public or private;
the "local authority" module for emissions generated by local authorities, whether from their assets or the services they provide; in this case, the approach is the same as for a company with several sites;
the "territory" module for emissions generated by all activities located within the territory of local authorities.
