2. Applicable regulations
2.1 Road transport
The carriage of dangerous goods by road is governed by the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) of September 30, 1957 (restructured version as of January 1 er 2015).
This agreement applies to all road transport between the 49 signatory states:
Albania, Andorra, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Russian Federation, Spain, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, Netherlands,...
