4.1 Two-layer coextrusion box
First, let's consider the case of an A-B bilayer structure.
The associated coextrusion box has two inlets A and B, one for material A, one for material B, and a common outlet A-B. It is traversed by a main channel linking inlet A to outlet A-B, and by a secondary channel linking inlet B to the junction point with the main channel, located between inlet A and outlet A-B (figure 6 ).
