Across the Atlantic, J.G. Harris (et al.) published an article entitled "Do you have what it takes to be an e-manager". They focus on management issues in the context of the new economy. In other words, how and in what way do the upheavals associated with e-commerce, new business models and changes in internal procedures impact on the skills expected of managers?
