2. An example of managerial transformation

Part change management, part managerial transformation, the Zero email™ program adopted by Atos starts from the concrete example of the misuse of a digital application (e-mail in this case) to generate collective awareness and critically re-read the contributions of new technologies. From this point of entry, the focus is on the necessary internal transformations, from a technical, organizational and managerial point of view. The overall approach combines the complementary elements of reducing data pollution embodied by e-mail, making collaborative functionalities available, and adopting new behaviors and practices (managerial, community, communication), in line with this cultural change. This program is part of the Wellbeing@Work initiative. It is a component of Atos' digital transformation, in line with the Digital Company approach.
