3. Managerial approach to e-transformation
The main difficulty encountered by a company in its digital transformation process is to formalize a common representation of its technological evolution that is acceptable to the entire social body –, from executives to employees –. This formalization is necessary, both for executives and for managers, who need to situate themselves in an overall context. With this in mind, the model proposed below enables us to determine the state of union of work organization with regard to digital technologies and the Internet. It has four objectives:
