7. Conclusion

Quality is a global approach that requires precise methodologies in four phases, supported by general mobilization.

The meaning of quality management lies in the dual ability to take into account customer needs with vigilance and competence, while building a profitable, creative and humane company. Companies will rely on their staff, their know-how, their equipment and a quality management system, the phases of which have been described in this article. To be more competitive, they will have to implement a continuous improvement process for this system, which will lead them towards their desired future, with strategic objectives defined in the policy and reviewed regularly and systematically according to the progress made.
