1. Process industrialization

The process of industrializing a process is part of a more general approach to bringing a new product to market, which starts with research and continues through to industrial-scale production.

Increasingly, this approach is being systematically and formally adopted by the most innovative and competitive companies [1] .

It consists of a series of activity phases and decision milestones, authorizing the transition from one phase to another or, on the contrary, "killing" the path followed, i.e. the process and even the product. The process generally comprises 5 or 6 phases (figure 1 ).
