3. Implementation

The implementation of the QOC is based on two main elements: taking stock of the situation and defining the organization and resources to be deployed, using procedures.

The method is based on the following chronology:

  • condition of premises :

    • preparation of the elements required for an initial COQ assessment,

    • calculation of COQ and global components,

    • calculation of basic indicators and preparation of dashboard ;

  • definition of the future COQ organization :

    • procedure,

    • definition of the means to be implemented.
