2. Drawing up specifications
Positioning outsourcing at a strategic level requires the use of a global contract. We're not talking about traditional subcontracting, which means that the specifications on which the service is based must be as exhaustive as possible. The more detailed the specifications, the more flexible, personalized and credible the service provider can be.
In some sectors, there is a low response rate to invitations to tender, which can be explained by the lack of clarity in the specifications, the short time allowed to respond, but also the lack of leeway given to the service provider to achieve the commitment to results.
