4. Different connection situations

4.1 Connecting to an identical size

When there is a connection chain (figure 2 ) for the same quantity as that to be connected (temperature, mass, electricity, etc.), connection is simple. All you need to do is perform, or have performed, a calibration or verification using a connected standard (calibrated by an accredited laboratory, or in-house, using a standard referenced by an accredited laboratory) of the same quantity.
