 INTRODUCTION

This article is a preliminary to functional analysis, since it deals with the study of topology and measurement. To do this, we need to become acquainted with the concepts that inform formalization: metric spaces, complete spaces, compact spaces, normed spaces and Banach spaces. Finite-dimensional normed spaces, Hilbert spaces and non-Euclidean Banach spaces are the subject of the following article [AF 100].
