1.1 Voice: an emerging diagnostic tool

The act of speaking mobilizes numerous neuromotor and neurolinguistic processes, as well as cognitive processes such as memory and hearing. The development of specific vocal markers makes it possible to detect a disease through the interference it causes with these processes.
