7. Conclusion
Taking account of human health and ecological issues in urban space is an essential step in the history of the city and its evolution. In this holistic conception of nature in the city, we need to deepen our scientific knowledge of the ecological functioning of the urban ecosystem, and of the benefits of nature experiences on the various components of human health. A viable, sustainable city is possible. It requires new thinking about its design, management and functionality. It's an important evolution that impacts both urban architecture, with the presence of nature, and human life in its various activities of provisioning, moving, housing, work and leisure. It's a challenge that can be met by collective awareness and commitment.
