The diversity of situations, contexts, issues and constraints calls for the implementation of actions that are adapted to each case. As ecological engineering professionals often repeat: every case is different. What's more, unlike civil engineering construction or development operations, ecological engineering cannot guarantee results, given the variability inherent in living organisms.
