3.1 Drawing up the plan
The MP itself is drawn up on the basis of the diagnostic findings. The MP takes the form of an action plan, including a budget estimate, organizational structure, implementation schedule and measures for consultation, communication and evaluation.
The action plan must detail precisely the measures to be implemented, and while the form is in no way imposed, presentation in the form of fact sheets offers the advantage of clarity and ease of use.
Each card must specify :
the role of each player ;
the target audience ;
the resources to be deployed: budget, dedicated human resources, timeframe ;...
