3. Application for authorization
An example of a summary of an application for an operating permit is given at the end of this file.
3.1 Contents
These provisions stipulate that seven copies of the authorization application must be sent to the departmental prefect before the plant is commissioned.
In practice, it is common practice to request several additional copies, including one for each commune within the posting radius.
