6. Administrative audit

Changes to the ICPE nomenclature (in this case, the overhaul linked to the entry into force of Seveso 3, the introduction of 3000 headings, etc.) can have an impact on site classification, and therefore on administrative status. It is therefore essential to periodically monitor your status:

  • unclassified site, under declaration D, under declaration with periodic inspection DC, under authorization A ;

  • Seveso site (low or high threshold).

This follow-up involves :

  • setting up a regulatory monitoring tool to keep abreast of any changes in the ICPE nomenclature and associated regulations;
