2.1 The trace: a proof
Traceability is a source of responsibility.
It is analyzed as an obligation to do or not to do on the part of the companies responsible for its implementation. This obligation is expressed in the trace left by the object or person to which it relates. This reverses the burden of proof, since it gives those to whom the traceability obligation is addressed the possibility of clearing themselves of any wrongdoing.
