5. Mastering relationships

It is, at every moment :

  • allow the user to connect with others or, on the contrary, to isolate him/herself;

  • preserve its autonomy.

This relationship with others must be analyzed on several levels, each of which is subject to variation:

  • at family or work unit level, the aim is to enable activities to be carried out without disturbance from proximity, whether acoustic, visual or physical presence;

  • at the level of the unit of social relations, the aim is to enable appropriation and rooting through a sense of solidarity and belonging (mutual recognition);
