Anaclet TURATSINZE is a senior lecturer at – Habilité à diriger des recherches (HDR), he teaches in the Civil Engineering department of the IUT A , Université Paul SABATIER (Toulouse III) and carries out his research work at the Materials and Durability of Constructions Laboratory (LMDC) of the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées and the Université Paul Sabatier de Toulouse.
