1. Overview and definition of ethics management
1.1 General information on management and management systems
Two definitions are needed: one for the term "management" and one for the term "management system".
According to clause 3.3.3 of ISO 9000:2015, management represents the "coordinated activities to guide and direct an organization". Two notes complete this definition:
Note 1: "Management can include the establishment of policies and objectives, and processes to achieve these objectives".
