3. Low-frequency periodic calibration
In accelerometry, low frequencies cover the range from 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz. Calibration methods are similar to those used in the mid-frequency range.
In general, only the vibration generator changes, and the devices used to measure the transducer output quantities must be adapted to the frequency range under study. The vibration generator can be a linear motor.
