In the nuclear industry, whether for production, maintenance or decommissioning, under the conditions described above, people have to be kept away from irradiating materials. The tasks to be carried out in remote operation are therefore extremely varied, and correspond to manipulations that could be carried out directly by hand, and are therefore essentially non-programmable.
