The growing complexity of telerobotic systems has led to the emergence of increasingly sophisticated user interfaces for monitoring and controlling operations, providing invaluable assistance to operators in their supervisory tasks. This chapter describes the general characteristics of a robotic intervention, its main stages and the means used to supervise the operations involved. Finally, we present a set of advanced applications, tools and functions for the supervision of telerobotic systems and, in particular, teleoperation systems.
