Communication is essential. We need to explain the process, promote the actions that have been implemented and thereby encourage the team. This is a collective, cross-disciplinary project for staff whose core business within the laboratory is quite different.
It's by listening to needs that we can identify actions for improvement, which can then be taken into account, enabling as many people as possible to adhere to the approach.
