2. Legislative context
With the aim of improving air quality, low-emission mobility zones (ZFE-m) have been set up, banning certain vehicles from circulation depending on their air quality certificate (Crit'Air sticker). When choosing a vehicle, it is therefore important to know which technologies and energies are authorized for circulation, as well as the progressive schedule of restrictions that will apply to the ZFE-m, so as not to be penalized.
