Overview
FrançaisABSTRACT
In the pharmaceutical industry, a strongly regulated sector, distribution logistics is an integral part of the activity and is based on the combination of principles and recommendations. This article follows two actors from the pharmaceutical distribution chain, an internal depository and a wholesaler, step by step in the elaboration of their strategy and preparation development. Although these two approaches are fundamentally different they are highly instructive; the first is based on a strong policy in terms of continuous improvement and the second is more oriented towards economic profitability. In both cases, an impact in terms of flow and process security can be observed.
