3.1 Separation in EKC mode
CE is well known for separating charged compounds, but it is also perfectly suited to neutral organic compounds, in particular with its EKC mode, which is based on the introduction into the separation electrolyte of an additive capable of developing interactions with the compounds to be analyzed, playing the role of a pseudo-stationary phase.
