1. The four-component structured design and its stories

The innovation consists in collectively developing a drawing that represents all the components of the project in several stages. The drawing is integrated into a pre-established, codified structure that covers the entire project. This structure is based on systems theory .

Drawing accompanies the team throughout the project. It helps integrate new people and new trades during the project, facilitating their mental assimilation.

This drawing is systematically associated with a presentation script that is enriched as it is used, and which can be adapted to the different cultures of the sub-groups involved in the project.
