4. Risks of open innovation
In a context of interaction with the environment, the company is exposed to the risk of spoliation of its ideas or results, which could benefit others. The question of intellectual property must therefore be taken into account as far upstream as possible in discussions between future partners, in line with each party's exploitation and development objectives.
The most important risk is therefore that of intellectual property.
