ABSTRACT
In a context where Randstad France was seeking to strengthen its customer orientation and make productivity gains in its sales network, this lessons-learned presentation describes an example of the implementation of an organizational innovation. This example is the deployment of the 2Spark approach and software for improving the promotion, by sales representatives in agencies, of Internet and mobile applications for customers and temporary employees. It details a remarkable case of the utilization of specialized software to facilitate the acceptance of change by people initially resisting it. It explains all the activities and the results obtained, and offers a first assessment of the program.
