3.1 Describing the context
As an introduction, the pre-project should describe the company's context and the challenges it faces: the evolution and needs of the target market, and more generally the expectations of the stakeholders involved in this market (public bodies, local authorities, associations, etc.). The aim is to demonstrate the need for an innovative solution to the needs, problems and constraints encountered.
