6. Task organization and project budget
This involves breaking down the project into lots, describing the tasks to be carried out in each lot, the technological obstacles to be overcome in that lot, the risks that may arise and the alternative solutions in the event of failure of the solution planned at the end of that lot, the human resources and the expenses of the lot.
A general breakdown by lots is generally carried out, as shown in the example in table 5 , which provides a synoptic view of the project's progress, including its general structure and schedule.
