3.1 Positives
In the mid-2000s, the implementation of Knowledge Management was a notable organizational innovation in France and internationally. The main positive aspect of this project is that the group succeeded in deploying KM at the same time as the scope of its activities, to the point of connecting it to its strategic challenges and achieving notable results. The second positive aspect of this project is the success of the gradual institutionalization of Knowledge Management within the Group, which has gone from a limited perimeter - the industrial department - with an old software tool to the whole Group, with a collaborative and documentary portal, and the mobilization of top management.
