ABSTRACT
In a context where this industrial group was rapidly developing its international activities in North and South America and in Asia, the Director of Industrial Operations wanted to develop knowledge-sharing between activities, countries and plants through a knowledge management program. This lessons-learned presentation describes the implementation and life of this organizational innovation during a five-year period, presenting the main components of the process deployed, and gives a detailed analysis of change management tasks. It explains all the activities performed and the results obtained, and offers an assessment of the operation.
