2. Project implementation, actions taken

2.1 Project chronology

In terms of its initial objectives, the project was rolled out in the following main phases:

  • April to July 2009: Diagnosis with analysis of existing situation, consideration of needs and definition of recommendations, with implementation schedule;

  • September 2009 to September 2010: detailed definition and implementation of recommendations ;

  • October 2010 to May 2011: training of project managers and project referents in collaborative project management, completion of four pilot projects and implementation of the chosen software platform;

  • June 2011 to April 2012: assessment of the work carried out and general deployment...
