2. Pre-painted steel sheet processing

Pre-painted sheet metal is a highly technical material, manufactured and tested in the factory. Supplied in coils or sheets, it can be coated with a temporary protective film of 30 to 120 µm, either adhesive or heat-bonded, when forming facilities are not designed to use prepainted sheet metal. . This film is removed after forming and assembly.

Product packaging is adapted:

  • mode of transport ;

  • the customer's handling equipment;

  • geographical destination ;

  • to end use.
