1. Data on the electrical resistivity of various media

The study of water is the subject of the article Hydrogen by electrolysis of water [J 6 366] in the treatise Process Engineering. But to make clear the electrochemical nature of the problem we're concerned with here, we'll briefly mention a few aspects and parameters relating to water electrolysis. We have :
