7. Uses

Tin's uses are based on certain characteristic properties of this metal, such as its high fusibility, low hardness, corrosion resistance, wettability and ease of alloying.

They mainly comprise: applications of tin or its alloys in the form of coatings, alloys and chemical compounds (figure 8 ).
