4.1 Existing standards

There are three main railway standards, all with the same title – Railway rolling stock – Protection against graffiti – Test procedures, evaluation methods and acceptance criteria:

  • standard NF F 31-112 (usable by all),

  • STM N 812 (technical specifications for SNCF rolling stock),

  • document DTRF 150612 (internal document published by ALSTOM).
