2. Billet production

Billets are one of our output products. They are cylindrical in shape and can be made of different alloys, diameters and lengths. The billet manufacturing process is illustrated in figure 2 . The crucible first undergoes an Alkali Metal Removal (AMR) process, after which the Liquid Metal Coordinator (LMC) decides on its destination.
