2.1 Assembly and start-up personnel
Machine builders and suppliers make a number of engineers and technicians available on site for equipment assembly and start-up.
Foundry engineering also involves determining the number and qualifications of in-house personnel needed to operate and maintain the new facilities.
To ensure optimum commissioning of the new installations, this staff will need to be trained. This will, of course, facilitate and accelerate start-up. This training will be linked to :
