6. Tic calculation
Tic is defined by either of these two values:
TicB, which is calculated in the same way as Bbio, for air-conditioned buildings that are not classified as having the right to consume for air-conditioning;
TicC, which is calculated under Cep conditions, for non-air-conditioned buildings.
The calculation of the evolution of a group's indoor temperatures is always carried out for a hot reference day with an hourly time step and corrected by a sequential effect. The Tic value in °C is rounded to the nearest 0.1 °C. It begins on Monday June 4 with an initial mass temperature of 26°C.
For residential buildings, the results are taken from the 7th day (Sunday) of the 4th week, and for other cases from the 5th day (Friday) of the 4th week. For educational...
