1. Definitions
Throughout the evolution of traditional cinema, the aesthetic and technical resources of the tool have been explored by inventors, filmmakers and promoters to create new forms of expression and sensational new spectacles. Alongside the innovations of traditional cinema (the sound and color revolutions, and the advent of magnetic and digital media), numerous inventions and spectacular innovations have punctuated history.
