5. Advantages and benefits of vegetable colorants
Vegetable colorants are, of course, of natural origin and are renewable resources. As such, they are of real interest in the development of products that claim to be natural, respect our environment, and contribute to maintaining biodiversity. We attach particular importance to growing as many species as possible in France. In particular, this enables us to control supplies, to consider changes in scale realistically (taking into account crop cycles and multiplication potential), and to guarantee natural origin and traceability. Natural colorants, which are subject to the same (and increasingly stringent) toxicological requirements as other chemical products, contribute to the development of products that are less harmful to people and the environment.
